Mr. Scheer joined the Firm in 1986 and has since managed the Firm’s Creditors’ Rights Department. Mr. Scheer is recognized as one of the premier creditors’ rights (collections) attorneys in the state of New Jersey. Among his clients are banks, credit card companies, Atlantic City casinos and major corporations. Mr. Scheer has been a frequent lecturer on Collection matters for the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education. Mr. Scheer litigates collection efforts throughout the States of New Jersey and New York.
